Dropped the game plugin name and version from main window title bar
The game plugin name and version are just visual clutter; it's not worth keeping it visible all the time (in windowed mode). The exact version information is available via the "version" command and the doomsday.out log if it is needed.
The main window title now consists of the name of the engine, version, and the active game mode.
