Incremented SV_VERSION to 7 and the Doomsday version number to 10900. Renamed old R6-specific delta types (kept enum values). Used packed long flag fields in R7 sector and side deltas.
Note that packed longs can contain 5 bytes. The most commonly used flag bits should therefore use the lowest bits possible.
