Continued refactoring work in InFine:
- Implemented a new set of unique object identifiers. Unlike the object name string, the new fi_objectid_t identifiers are truely unique among objects in script-scope (multiple objects may share a name provided they are of different types).
- Centralised name/ident pair look up.
