InFine: Removed the global FinalePageWidget LUT
Such pages are considered a subcomponent of the FinaleInterpreterand as such there is no need for a global LUT.
Added InFineSystem::finaleInProgess() to conveniently determine ifone or more Finales is currently in progress (active or suspended).
