BSP Builder|Partitioner: Partially overlapped line segments now split whilst partitioning
Previously line segments that partially overlapped yet did not break the subspace convexity rule were not split, ultimately resulting in overlapped half-edges in the final BSP leaf geometry.
Also removed the used algorithm for this from edit_map (we won't be needing it).
