libdeng2: More readable log entry output with abbreviated sections
Entry sections can get abbreviated in three ways:
- Identical to previous line: ^ : Message content.- Extends previous section: ^ > more: Message content.- Partially the same: Base > .. > .. > more: Message content.
In the last case, the first part of the section is never abbreviated.
