Added WolfTC to the Xcode project so that I can see whether it breaks when I make changes.
The WolfTC sources should be made to use the wolftc.h convenience header so that Xcode is not confused about headers with similar file names in other games.
Introduced also the fractional game ticker.
Next up, the same treatment for Doom64...
