Revised Windows build scripts to streamline development
Rather than deploying to a structureless "staging area", instead deploy into a directory structure exactly the same as that used in final (user) Doomsday installs. Therefore allowing direct use of the deploy during debug/development.
Updated the Inno Setup install template and autobuilder script accordingly, to use the revised deploy directory layout.
