libdoom|libheretic|libhexen: Sync game plugin versions with Doomsday's version
As jDoom, jHeretic and jHexen are no longer independent entities, it is time to retire their own version numbers. All of these game plugins now use the main project's version number as their version.
The old versions were: - jDoom/libdoom 1.16.2 - jHeretic/libheretic 1.5.2 - jHexen/libhexen 1.4.2

is time to retire their own version numbers. All of these game plugins
now use the main project's version number as their version.
