Client will ignore all delta sets that arrive too late. This means that if a set of deltas is delayed during transmission and arrives after a later one, it is ignored and the server will resend the deltas in the set when it notices no acknowledgment has arrived.
Also, fixed a problem with the length of the set history. The history was so long that legitimately reused set identifiers were being interpreted as dupes.
