Client|Server|Resources: Added dialog for add-on compatibility checks
PackageCompatibilityDialog is shown when the loaded packages are incompatible with what a savegame (or soon, a multiplayer game) is using. The dialog then resolves the problem by unloading and loading the appropriate packages.

Also applied various minor cleanups.
