Cleanup: Removed QtOpenGL as unnecessary; general fixes for Client
The busy loop shouldn't be started during the window expose event,or otherwise the window doesn't get a chance to become visible intime.
QtOpenGL is unnecessary because the new APIs are in QtGui.
