Homepage: Removed Dev Blog from the navbar and reordered links
Now that a summary of the dev blog appears on the homepage, the blogdoes not need its own navbar link.
Reordered navbar links, swapping the links for Add-ons and Wiki. Thisordering is slightly more intuitive I think.
