Fixed: Definition of ded_ptcstage_t (include order)
Due to the messy include dependencies, we must define ded_ptcstage_tprior to including p_mapdata.h.
Todo: All the include dependencies need to be checked for circularincludes and module breakages. They've grown too messy...

Fixed: Definition of ded_ptcstage_t (include order)
Due to the messy include dependencies, we must define ded_ptcstage_t
prior to including p_mapdata.h.
