Changed: Disabled the BlackOutlines algorithm previously used on Upscale and Sharpen patches. The black outlines only really worked with Heretic's big green font yet made the others look much worse. If this enhancement is to be automatically applied then it needs to be much smarter; calculate a "contrast" paramater from the original image data and use the contrast as in inverse scale factor on the size and darkness of the outline.
