Trying to find a good layout for the configuration.
The intent here is: - Every component has its own config files. - Every app and plugin uses an instance of Config. Only the apps save the config, though. - libdeng2's config file is /config/deng.de
Still not sure whether to organize configs under subdirs in /config, one per component.
