Removed include of the MSVC-specific strsafe.h from engine/win32/sys_input.c as this file no longer makes use of it. Fixes bug #2985633 (see here http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2985633&group_id=74815&atid=542099).
