Resources: Added cmd "inspectgamesave" for logging details of a saved game session
The 'inspectgamesave' command is used to log detailed information about a saved game session. The only argument is the identifier of the save slot to be inspected (numerical and mnemonics).
Todo: Fully delineate all possible statuses in SaveInfo. Todo: There appears to be some formatting issues when logging escape styled text via App_Log()
