Added a tab area for My Addon Folders and User Interface options. UI options are created based on the defined system settings, not hard-coded any more.
Added minimal profile list mode, which replaces the profile list with a simple drop-down list.
Category tree remembers which items were expanded and which were collapsed when doing an aodb refresh.
