Continued work on ringzero:
- Refactored filehash_t into a new FileDirectory object (basically the same but with no file name hash).
- Relocated the name hashing previously in filehash_t into ResourceNamespace.
- Don't force file paths absolute when using them to populate the name hash. A fully resolved base-relative path is sufficent.
- Further removal of fixed-length path restrictions.
