libcommon: PostFX shaders available in all games
Refactored Doom’s use of the “postfx” commands to apply to all games.
Heretic’s Invulnerability Ring now has its own shader “fx.post.colorize.gold”, bringing the appearance of the effect much closer to vanilla Heretic.
