Memory Zone|Fixed: Decreased zone fragmentation

The rover is now allowed to check back more than one block to see
if free blocks have appeared behind. This helps prevent the fragmentation
that occurs during startup that would otherwise cause large areas of
the zone to become unavailable for sizable allocations.
