Added variants of MNSlider::Drawer and MNSlider::Dimensions for textual seconds and used for the hud and msg uptime controls in the menu.
Replaced HUD cheat counter widgets with cvar sliders (todo: implement a bitfield behavior adaptor to MNSlider).
Renamed DGL_SetMaterial to DGL_SetMaterialUI and changed the material specification it uses accordingly. This is only a temporary measure however. When the specification implementation is finalised, specifications will be registered using a method similar to that used for ccmds and cvars, thus allowing the game to register it's own material and/or texture usage contexts (if so desired). More importantly, however, these new abstracts allow us to greatly simplify rest of system.
