Homepage|Build Repository: Added static packages for Doomsday 1.9.7 and 1.9.8
The build repository does not yet persist build events. Once they drop out of the build event feed they will cease to exist in the repository. This means it is currently necessary to manually add "static" packages for builds which should remain in the repository.
Also fixed a mixup in the package filtering logic.
Todo: Revise the build repository to permanently persist events.
