macOS: Fixing the build environment
Running now on Big Sur, needed to disable a bunch of warnings from .mm files.
glbinding 3.0.2 didn't compile as a shared library, so now glbinding 2.1.4 is used from Homebrew. Other platforms will build the same version via build_deps.py.
