Model Renderer|Shaders: Improved psprite model drawing; reflection shading

Psprite models and thing models are now positioned using the same
code, which ensures better specular mapping.

Added reflection mapping, although none of the shaders currently use it.

The model "worldOffset" was changed to "offset" because it doesn't
actually apply in world space.
