The behavior of the powered-up Wand Crystal missiles did not conform to vanilla Heretic behavior, likely due to refactoring oversight somewhere along the way.
Reinstated the vanilla version of Heretic's P_SpawnMissileAngle() for use with the powered-up wand missiles.
