Homepage|IE: Trying out a server-side method to enable ClearType and Chrome Frame
As these are now enabled when the document headers are sent to the browser rather than using a non-conforming meta tag in the document itself, page loading speed should be improved slightly in IE.
Also temporarily added dummy term to the topiclist definition list. Using a definition list for these is semantically incorrect in any case. These are simply a set of presentation labels and are relevant only to a styled, wide-page rendering. There is no good reason for these to be present in the document at all now that the markup for lists themselves are using a more semantically correct markup.
