Moved "Load Order" into the menu. Replaced with a "My Folders" button.
The Defaults profile is now called "Shared Settings". This should make it easier to understand its purpose.
Layout fine-tuning.
Fixed selections in the My Addon Folders list by using the Extended list box style.
