On WIndows, when switching from fullscreen to windowed mode, the window retains the size of the entire screen. This makes it difficult to grab the window borders, etc.
The correct behavior would be that in windowed mode, the size of the window is remembered separately from the fullscreen size.
Also, the position of the window should be kept below (0,0).
