Now that On the Build Database is available on api.dengine.net, query unstable and "Unstable/Candidate" channel, accept a newer stable builds separately. Add an "RC+stable" release with the same version as a valid upgrade.
Presently dengine.net only sends the latest build of the selected channel; rather than making a second query, the "latestbuild" response should include the latest build of any channel for "early access" stable releases. as a secondary item.
