Tutorial improvements
Description
- Back button to allow stepping back in the tutorial.
- < and > arrows icons for buttons.
- Dotted progress bar indicating current position within the tutorial.

UI|Client: Tutorial improvements
The tutorial now has a progress indicator and next/back buttons with
arrows.
