[Mac OS X 10.6] Items disappear in Hexen

Description
I played through Jdoom, Jdoom 2 and JHeretic without having this problem, but every time i go through a portal in JHexen my items disappear. I can't proceed past the first hub because i can't get the keys to where i need to use them since they disappear every time it loads a new map.

Updated by Which version of Doomsday are you running? There was a problem with this a few releases back but it has since been fixed. Please ensure you are running the latest 1.9.0-Beta6.9 release.
