Description
Notarize Doomsday's macOS builds so they have Apple's blessing for distribution.

Updated by Note to self: this seems fragile. Just now it was quietly failing because I hadn't agreed to updated terms and conditions on the developer website.
Should make it fail the build completely if an error is returned from the notarization server.
