Description

All the old Snowberry bundle/addon/box formats should be interpreted at runtime by FS2 into Doomsday 2 packages. This makes it possible to load/unload them at runtime.

Implementation note: It is very likely that we'll need to adapt other addon formats into Doomsday 2 packages. A flexible mechanism which allows for easily interpreting foreign file/folder schemas would be very useful here (and for translating manifests).
