Description
I'd like to suggest a notification be displayed on screen when the user toggles always run with the shortcut key.
Users might want to know if it's on/off without going to the options menu, or may hit the key by accident; ZDoom has a notification message.
I believe all default modifiers should print on/off messages on screen.
While I'm here I might as well suggest that this would be an opportunity to remove some redundant code (by turning the other notifications into bindings).
